Terms of Service
Effective: launch date · ProSVS LLC ("ProService", "we")
1. The service
ProService provides online scheduling, booking, and related operational software for service companies ("the Service"). The Service integrates with third-party systems you authorize (e.g., your field-service management platform); those systems remain governed by their own terms.
2. Accounts and authority
You are responsible for the users you authorize, for the accuracy of the business rules you configure (hours, prices, service areas), and for keeping credentials confidential. You represent that you have authority to connect the third-party accounts you connect.
3. Your data and your customers' data
Your business data and your customers' personal information remain yours. We process them to operate the Service (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having lawful basis to give us customer contact information for confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups you enable.
4. Fees
Fees follow the published pricing or your order form, billed monthly in advance, non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice, effective at your next billing cycle.
5. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no abusing messaging features to send content unrelated to services your customers requested or reasonably expect, no reverse engineering, no reselling without a written agreement.
6. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees at these prices. We take schedule integrity seriously: write operations to your connected systems are conservative by design.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROSVS'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST REVENUE FROM MISSED OR MIS-SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with notice effective at the end of the billing period. We may suspend for non-payment or material breach. On termination you may export your data for 30 days; we then delete it on our normal schedule.
9. Governing law
Idaho law; venue in Blaine County, Idaho.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes get 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
